• Secure Transactions: Online transactions are routed through encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store financial credentials directly on our servers.
• Cancellation Policy: Booked appointments must be canceled or adjusted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot via our customer support lines. Refund eligibility depends on our official clinical guidelines.

4. Prohibited User Activities

You agree not to disrupt the functionality of this portal. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to bypass security barriers or injecting malicious scripts via HTML forms.
• Using automated scrapers or bots to extract specialty center structural data or pricing sheets.
